These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of any of the Websites owned and operated by Odegon Technologies. By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this Website. You should also understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. DEFINITIONS

“Odegon Technologies” refers to Odegon Technologies Limited whose registered office is at 15/17 Church Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1LU, United Kingdom. Company Registration 05528031.

“Products” refers to any items listed on the Website for sale.

“Website” refers to any of the Websites owned and operated by Odegon Technologies, including but not restricted to www.odegon.com.

The copyright to the contents of this Website belongs to Odegon Technologies. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. The contents must not be used for commercial or business purposes without prior written permission from Odegon Technologies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Odegon Technologies.

Odegon Technologies guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the Website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENT AND ORDERING

Odegon Technologies may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

Odegon Technologies cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment for goods ordered can be made by most major credit card or debit cards.

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment Odegon Technologies will not accept your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Odegon Technologies is not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. Odegon Technologies is not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

PRICE

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices include VAT for orders from the UK, and unless specified elsewhere, do not include delivery charges.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

DELIVERY METHODS – UK MAINLAND

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery.

Delivery charges to UK mainland addresses will be charged at standard first class rates, or as specified in the order process.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS – OVERSEAS

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow for two weeks for delivery to mainland Europe and three weeks for the rest of the world.

Orders to overseas locations are all sent by airmail and are subject to delivery charges as set out in the order process.

TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering – after the delivery country has been specified.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a Website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Odegon Technologies Limited, Customer Services, Station House, Coalport, Telford, Shropshire, TF8 7JF, United Kingdom in their original packing and in their original condition.

Odegon Technologies will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once Odegon Technologies receives the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Odegon Technologies. Please note, Odegon Technologies does not refund any carriage charges paid.

Odegon Technologies policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.

RETURN OF GOODS

Odegon Technologies will refund or replace any products if:

1. They were purchased direct within the last 30 days
2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in resaleable condition
3. They are returned with the original receipt

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please note Odegon Technologies do not refund any carriage charges paid.

OUR LIABILITY

Odegon Technologies accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).

Odegon Technologies will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

GENERAL TERMS

If any of these Terms & Conditions is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Odegon Technologies reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Website, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

Failure by Odegon Technologies to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.

This Website and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts.
